Lpp_OmpA-SpyCatcher

This sequence encodes Lpp-OmpA and SpyCatcher. This enables surface display on the cell membrane utilizing the SpyCatcher-SpyTag system. Also, This allows the protein to act stably on the Membrane Vesicle, resulting in efficient shRNA transfection and the ability to stay on the plant.
